At ArshVeda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

## 1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation before dispatch, please contact us immediately through:

Cancellation requests are processed only after verification.

## 2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong product ordered by the customer

• Customer not liking the product

• Opened or used products

• Personal expectations regarding results

• Delay caused by courier companies

Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition.

## 3. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send:

• Order Number

• Clear photographs of the damaged product

• Photographs of the outer packaging

• An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted.

## 4. Refund Approval

After verification, if the claim is approved, we may provide:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement product,

at our sole discretion.

The decision of ArshVeda regarding refund approval shall be final.

## 5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be transferred to the customer's bank account after verification.

If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped without additional charges.

Replacement requests are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit.

## 7. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Ayurvedic products cannot be returned unless they were received in a damaged condition.

ArshVeda reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if false, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.
